Commercial Tinting

The Ala Moana Building- a well known Hawaii landmark is currently undergoing a massive renovation. The aluminum fins that were an engineering marvel of the 60's are now obsolete and in need of removal. This 2-year project is nearing completion, but T&T Tinting was among the first work completed to ensure that the tenants of the building remain cool and the A/C units in the building were not overworked as the aluminum fins were slowly removed.

Here you can still see soem of the streaks and faded windows from the original tint installation. See the other Hale Kaheka pic for more info.

The world famous "Pink Lady" - the Royal Hawaiian Hotel has selected the same film that the Sheraton Waikiki had installed - the Vista-28 CDF. The only difference was that this part of this hotel was built in the 70's and the glass was not safety glass. No problem, CPFilms created a 4Mil Safety Film version of the Vista-28, which when applied to plain annealed glass meets the Honolulu City & County's building code for safety glazing. We saved the hotel thousands of dollars in expensive glass replacement, while cutting energy usage, making the rooms much more comfortable and receiving a nice rebate from HECO.
Another property that selected our Vista-14 CDF film. The Ilikai needed to reduce the heat load on their A/C system and this film did it! 78% of the heat now stays outside these doors. Also notice the incredible 87% glare reduction!
One of our certifed installers jammin' away at the Hilton Hawaiian Village's Rainbow Tower - all guest rooms are getting a 4Mil version of our Vista-28 film to reduce 65% heat, 70% glare and 99.9% UV rays. Also makes glass much safer in times of violent weather and hurricanes.
